About Christine

Christine Roderick has spent her entire professional life developing fitness, health and wellness programs for clients from New York to Los Angeles. Her background as a personal trainer, certified nutritionist and spin instructor as well as her magnetic enthusiasm for beauty, health and fitness includes a variety of certifications in the fitness community including yoga, personal training and spinning. She currently represents Transformation protein affiliated with world-renowned trainer Gunnar Peterson and maintains a full book of personal clientele of some of Los Angeles' prominent business leaders.
